Billing & Subscriptions

Cancel Premium any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refund requests, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Response time: We aim to respond to all emails within 1–2 business days. High-severity reports (threats, doxxing, CSAM) are escalated immediately.

Common Questions

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Internet Court → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access until then. We don't issue refunds for unused time.

My case was rejected. Why?

All cases are reviewed by our AI moderation system before going live. A rejection means the submission contained content that appeared to violate our Community Guidelines — this includes identifying real people, hate speech, explicit content, or threats. You can revise your case and resubmit. If you believe the rejection was an error, email us at support@theinternetcourt.app.

My account was suspended. What do I do?

Email support@theinternetcourt.app with subject "Moderation Appeal" and include your username and a description of what happened. We review all good-faith appeals within 5 business days. Permanent bans for severe violations (doxxing, CSAM, credible threats) are not subject to appeal.

How do I report another user?

Tap the â€ĸâ€ĸâ€ĸ menu on any case or comment and select Report. For private messages, long press the message to report it. Choose a reason and submit — our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Can I delete a case I posted?

Yes — tap the â€ĸâ€ĸâ€ĸ menu on your own case and select Delete. Once deleted, the case is removed from the feed. Note that cases you delete are anonymised, not permanently erased from our servers immediately — full deletion occurs within 30 days.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your email, username, votes, jury points, and all personal data within 30 days. Cases you posted may remain in anonymised form. Alternatively, email support@theinternetcourt.app with subject "Data Deletion Request."

I signed in with Apple and can't access my account. Help?

Make sure you're using the same Apple ID you originally signed up with. If you've hidden your email via Apple's relay, that's fine — just sign in the same way. If you're still locked out, email support@theinternetcourt.app with your username and we'll help you recover access.

Why am I seeing ads if I have Premium?

Premium removes ads entirely. If you're seeing ads with an active Premium subscription, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email support@theinternetcourt.app with your username and we'll look into it.

Is the verdict on my case legally binding?

No. Internet Court is an entertainment platform. Verdicts, votes, and comments are user-generated opinions — they have no legal weight and do not constitute legal advice. For any real legal matter, consult a qualified attorney.

I found a bug or security issue. Where do I report it?

Email support@theinternetcourt.app with subject "Bug Report" or "Security Vulnerability." For security issues, please include as much detail as possible and give us reasonable time to address it before any public disclosure.
